| The operator places the product(s) onto the belt drive. |
While the gears drive and seal the material, the upper and lower rollerscompress the 2 layers of cohesive material around the product. This suspends and protects the product in the middle of the package. |
- Smart-sensing technology on the system scans an item’s shape and size to deliver the correct amount of packaging material from the two supply rolls of cohesive material.
- This material forms a protective package around the product as our proven Cold Seal® process seals the edges, locking your product in place for a tight and secure fit.
- Package emerges in seconds, perfectly centered, secured and ready to ship.
- Requires 115 volts and 15 amps of electricity and compressed air, 100 pounds per square inch
